Return Policy for The 90+ Minute:

We want you to love your purchase from The 90+ Minute. If you encounter any issues, here's our return policy:

  1. Claims Deadline:

  • Misprinted/damaged/defective items: Submit within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Lost packages: File claims within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed our error are covered at our expense. Pictures of damaged products may be required.

  1. Reporting Issues:

  1. Return Address:

  • Default return address is set to our facility. You'll be notified upon return receipt.

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  1. Address Concerns:

  • Wrong Address: Reshipment costs apply for insufficient addresses. Lost packages because of customer introducing their order wrong are not refundable.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Reshipment costs for items not claimed.

  1. No Account Registration:

  • Unregistered orders with address issues will be donated to charity.

  • No reshipping or refunds for unclaimed orders without account registration.

  1. Sealed Goods (e.g., Face Masks):

  • No returns accepted due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Disposal for returned face masks.

  1. Returned by Customer:

  • Only approved returns via email (the90plusmin@gmail.com) will be accepted for exchange or refund. We have several warehouses across the US. We need to approve first.

  • No refunds for buyer's remorse.

  • Returns/exchanges at your expense and discretion.
