2. Returns and Exchanges:

Provide detailed pictures of any damaged products. For any returns, including size exchanges or other types of returns due to changes you requested, additional shipping costs will apply unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
If a return label has been sent to you and we have no further communication from you regarding the return, the label is automatically cancelled and we won't be sending the exchange. We will only send the return or exchange once we see the package with the provided tracking number has updated to shipped.
3. Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and include detailed pictures of the damaged item in your email.
4. Customized Products
For customized products, please read carefully: We DO NOT accept returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt. Note that all items are inspected thoroughly before shipping.
