Return and Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with The 90+ Team! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing the best possible service. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, including your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and is not corrected before the order ships, we are unable to reroute or recover the package once it has been accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier.
While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee recovery, redelivery, or a refund. Once the package has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or the shipping carrier directly to arrange delivery or resolve any address-related issues.
2. Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You may contact us through our website chat or by email at the90plusmin@gmail.com.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
-
Items must be unworn, unused, and in brand-new condition.
-
All original tags must still be attached.
-
Customized products are not eligible unless they arrive damaged.
3. Fees & Processing
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for another size. A standard exchange shipping fee will apply. (Custom products are excluded.)
Returns & Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a $24 restocking and return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Window
Once a prepaid return label has been issued, the package must be shipped within 5 days. If it is not shipped within that timeframe, the return request will automatically be cancelled.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed after:
-
the return tracking confirms the package is on its way back, and
-
the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To qualify:
-
Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
-
Email the90plusmin@gmail.com with clear photos showing the issue.
-
The item must still have all original tags attached.
5. Customized Products
Customized items are made specifically to your order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.
Every customized item is inspected before leaving our warehouse.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. In most cases, we can resolve the issue directly.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened before giving us the opportunity to assist you, we reserve the right to defend the dispute using all available order, shipping, tracking, and communication records.
Many issues can be resolved through a replacement, refund, exchange, or other reasonable solution when customers contact us first.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies. It is the buyer's responsibility to review our policies before completing a purchase.

We appreciate your support of our small business and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
One recommendation: instead of stating that a dispute opened without prior contact is "the buyer's responsibility" or that you will "make it right only if they contact first," the revised wording focuses on reserving your right to defend the chargeback while encouraging customers to contact you first. This is generally more consistent with payment network rules and is less likely to create issues if a dispute is reviewed by a card issuer.
