Thank you for shopping with The 90+ Team! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
1. Order Changes
If you need to modify or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee any modifications as your order may already be processing.
2. Returns & Exchanges Timeline
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

All items must be returned in brand new condition with original tags attached.
3. Fees & Processing

For an Exchange: We only charge a standard return shipping fee to get your new size out to you (please note: this is not eligible on custom products).

For a Return (Refund): A flat $24 restocking and return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Window: Once we send you a prepaid return label, the item must be shipped back within 5 days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your request.

Processing: Replacement items or refunds will only be processed once tracking confirms the return is on its way back and has been inspected at our facility.
4. Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

NOTE: To be eligible for a free replacement, the product MUST still have the tags attached.
5. Customized Products
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless the item arrives damaged. All items undergo a thorough quality inspection before leaving our warehouse.
